It has been confirmed long ago that APC is a confused camp.
On the recession, which ever analysis they put forward, APC avoidably led Nigeria into recession. PDP may have squandered our good fortune, this was not without hope. Buhari's incompetence, lack of direction and refusal to take action when it is most desired are the major factors that bring us here today, these factors are more contributory than misrule of the past administrations.
Take note that, some of his confessions recently affirmes his shallow knowledge of the nation.

They are not contradictory now. One is blaming APC, the other is praising BUHARI as usual. In other words, APC and BUHARI aren't the same.

On a serious note, PMB has never been blamed for anything, neither has he accepted any.
