Hello dear reader! I hope you've been having a wonderful time. Well, we are going to make this a wonderful and semi-formal post today. A lot of publishers really dont Have time to ask about their esteemed visitors or followers. But here at letsgists, we care about you as much as we do we do with our posts. So just relax and adjust your knotted tie as i fold up my office sleeves , wink! My mum always said, "Learning never stops, and you never get too old to learn. Yes because I believe that too. I remember when I was still in the secondary school, I was one of, well the worst students in the class. I had a very slow ability to learn. I was always not expecting to be called by my teacher to answer questions or to solve 'that' math on the chalk board. It was tough seeing my friends become the best friends to my teacher and the principal. Well, it was never my fault, I never chose to be dull. No one did or does. I continued doing what I thought was best that needed to be done. Though i Never had. But I always had a 'propeller' that always drove me through the days at school, giving me hope that some day I will become one of the best if I can't be the best of bests. I never hoped for the worst.I always had the mind that someday it would be better. That was the driving force . After that, i started to work! I didn't just sit down hoping that one day heaven will open and my skull will be torn open, with angels installing encyclopedia into my reasoning. I started working with this friend of mine that was ready for life too, he was ready to make a difference too. You know, you never get to change things until you're tired about things. We were always in the school even after it had closed. Always spending five hours everyday studying after school closed. We had friends that had interest though, but they seemed not to have the 'time' to invest perhaps because of video games and football. And then, our friendship grew stronger and meaningful because we had same passion. That's a point you need to check in your academic life, ' the person you walk with. How can you be a Christian and have a pagan brother as best friend and expect him to lead you better in doing the ,things of God or be a medical student and have a guy who is not in the same direction with you? Yes, it matters. Birds of same feather flock together. We bacame the best and most respected students in that public school. We were seniors and we increased our knowledge by teaching other people, both our class mates and juniors (this is the second way to learn). THESE WERE OUR PLANS: 1. WE REALIZED OUR WEAKNESS 2. WE STARTED WORKING TO BECOMING BETTER 3. WE PUT TIME AND DEDICATION INTO BECOMING BETTER 4. WE NEVER STOPPED LEARNING 5. WE NEVER PUFFED UP SHOULDERS 6. WE TAUGHT OTHERS AND IN THE PROCESS LEARNT MORE AND FACED QUESTIONS. THERE BY KNOWING OUR WEAKNESS AND WHERE TO BUCKLE UP 7. WE NEVER STUDIED FOR EXAMS WE STUDIED TO FACE THE STORM IN OUR RESPECTIVE FIELDS THAT MIGHT COME THEN OR LATER 8. WE BECAME CLOSER THE MORE (mutualism grew) 9. THEN THE CHANGE CAME I am not saying this to raise your eyebrows, but for you to adopt this method to become better in every area we wanted change. WE all came into this world 'hard- wired' to learn absolutely anything we come across. But no one came on 'pre-installed' with books or lessons. We all learn them here on earth! You might have passed the stage of a secondary school student now, then University is the practical stage where these process can still be applied. Its tougher and requires more work. You are actually in a simulation environment where you'd have to work for the whole wide world. So buckle up and start working. One thing i still regret today is, " how I wish I was as good as this when I was still in secondary school." But hey, there are greater works ahead. Get off the dust and move on! Stop seeing yourself as inferior, others are not better than you. Forget about your past failures and stretch forth! There is more ahead and the earlier you realize that people are waiting for you out there and you need to realize that. Have a great time!
