cell ( we all know the basic and functional unit of the body cell blah blah blah , and its formed from the fusion of a sperm and an ova to give rise to a zygote . inorder for the whole body to work , the cells must be well taken care of and what are the requirements for taking care of the cell food , water , oxygen and glutathione ( pause ) this sounds new right and definitely sounds foreign ? yes I know ,my biology teacher omitted that too .since we are familiar with food and his co brothers let's deal with glutathione Glutathione is an anti-oxidant ( you could call them the environmental sanitation keepers of the body ) they mop up the toxins that have being generated from strenuous exercise , disease , bad food , water and chemicals. watch out for part 2 |

someone requested I did a piece on fibroid the best strategy to winning an enemy is knowing your enemy , for the sake of every one reading this who is not a health personnel I will break major medical jargons to common things we know in our daily life . fibroids are growths or tumours that occur in the uterus or womb as we know . we have different types of fibroid depending on the location of the fibroid . Not all fibroids produce symptoms . I just discovered that fibroids can reoccur it could be due to the operating doctor not removing all tumours or growing of the tumour at another location of the uterus .what causes fibroid : it'd caused by incomplete break Down of estrogen in the liver . some factors predispose women to occurrence of fibroid such as age , family history ( if your mum had fibroid , such individuals are more likely to develop them ) obesity . phew my fingers hurt 1 Like |

beatz5:Hello nurse. Please advise me on how I can effectively tackle my itching eyes. It is a non-infectious type of allergic conjuctivitis. Please note that my eye sight is very good. So my problem is not about vision, but about eye irritation. Let also know if you can suggest an effective eye drop. I've tried many already, with limited and temporary relief. Thanks. |

Re: Mobile Nurse by Nobody: 12:47pm On Nov 14, 2016 |
mecussey: Are you sure it's malaria? Have you been to the doctor? |
Re: Mobile Nurse by Nobody: 12:48pm On Nov 14, 2016 |
@ beatz5 Can we talk about health issues that people have misconceptions about? |
Re: Mobile Nurse by mecussey(m): 2:28pm On Nov 14, 2016 |
Contact17: Yep...Doc diagnosis malaria every 2 to 3wks...he said its due to my blood group and big body. That i am been re infected all the time unlike the other blood groups that does fight the parasite back. Therefore, I want sth that will not support the growth of the parasite and also safe. 1 Like |

mecussey: Hmmmm..... ask for a different class of anti-infective. What medication have you used so far? Did you complete the full dosage? Taking it exactly as prescribed? |
Re: Mobile Nurse by beatz5(f): 7:40pm On Nov 14, 2016 |
sorry for the delay in completing this since we have discovered who the enemy is and what it does and how its is formed let's discuss how to prevent it and control them all products and materials discussed here should be researched on , pls go online and verify all my information. we had earlier said that fibroid is caused by incomplete breakdown of estrogen in the liver ( now I am wondering why the answer is because the liver has to detoxify other bigger toxins or dirt (in the lay form ) it may neglect smaller things like oestrogen . this is where u and I come to play our part by helping the liver detoxify the toxins and examples of substances that do a good work in this aspect are selenium , GLUTATHIONE( I told you they are the environmental sanitation guys abi ), milk thistle |

I wouldn't advice any hair cream because they are still infants better still I would recommend aloe vera its use in stimulating hair growth cannot be over emphasized any more questions will be appreciated 1 Like |

mecussey:hy dear. yes some blood genotypes are more at risk for frequent malaria occurrence such as AA yet the frequency is more often . I will advice you go to the doctor for other investigations would have suggested some but I think I should do them privately if u are interested pls say xo |

Re: Mobile Nurse by mecussey(m): 10:40pm On Nov 14, 2016 |
beatz5: If you are thinking of HIV bae...not at all. Culture test was really clean they even advised me to donate blood....even typhoid was zero...it is just malaria. Let me know other diseases you think...no need for privacy say it here. When I treat the malaria...it comes to trace and after 2 or 3wks..it comes back 1+ or 2+. |

beatz5: I don't have any in mind atm. Maybe hypertension or diabetes? Or the myths about using 'herbs' to cure hypertension. |
Re: Mobile Nurse by beatz5(f): 12:17pm On Nov 20, 2016 |
Contact17:what I will say on the use of herbs to cure diabetes or hypertension is this herbal doctors always say the new age medicine is from herbs which is true hence the use of herbs is effective as the regular drugs which can be true and not true true because of course some plants are medicinal and can cure not true because most often herbal drugs don't have dose and two , not all the constituent are medicinal, some are not good for the health e.g mushroom some kinds are poisonous and some are highly nutritious majority of herbal drugs have not being modified ( their bad part has not being removed ) hence can cause more harm for example someone with little ( pardon me ) hypertension can transcend to a severe one because of overloading of the liver with more toxins to remove and over working the kidneys too |
