I want to understand how VAS works, it wil help me make informed decision about my new VAS startup.
For example, if am the first person to start the borrowed credits VAS, how do I know how many people have used the service or does it show at the backend through the short code.

I appreciate your advice in advance, your answer on this will help me make informed decisions on my new VAS idea.
