i work with expats in nigeria and we were discussing these were his words

"So Baba Go Slow says no imported beverages at meetings and the police have to wear made in Nigeria textiles.
Has it escaped the attention of the great man that there is no industry left in this country. (Except the Chinese who appear to be above the law when it comes to doing anything.)The last of the textile mills closed last year, firstly because the spinners had all closed and secondly due to the non existant power supply it was impossible to produce.
As usual in this country they open their mouths without thinking, when was there last a tea plantation. Any idiot knows that it is cheaper to import than to manufacture in Nigeria, the only thing that keeps manufacturers alive here is the large population and Nigerians willingness to pay the highest prices in Africa. To export anything from Nigeria for sale even in West Africa is pointless.
More and more you just want to smack your head on a wall when thinking about Nigeria,49 years after Independence the only thing they have managed is to increase the population by 100 million. So prepare to see a naked policeman in your area soon."

there is more,
