Negotiating with terrorists is like asking for a truce from Satan.

In negotiations, two sides are supposed to benefit and the benefits are used to continue the battle later on.

This is just the case btw FG and BH.

I'm still in serious doubt concerning buhari military career how he manage to climb up to the rank of General, Buhari military career is full of contradiction, he is an outsider in military profession, since buhari release 1300 Boko haram militants plus additional $5m in exchange of 21 chibok girls since then this Islamic jihadist has increase their hostilities retaken territories, Buhari is sympathiser
of the Boko Haram terror group
and his plans is to install strict Sharia

when you pay money to BH members to release the Girls and they use the money to acquire more weapons and kill more people and cause more mayhem,is that a wise decision by the Fg?

WE have a clueless old man as a president, negotiating with terrorist to score cheap political points, funding the terrorists that they said they have defeated, not even giving them the cash for all the gurls but few. Obviously, Buhari is sympathetic to the Boko Haram movement. As a former military man, he should have known the implications of releasing Boko Haram members and paying ransom.
The poor military lives wasted by this bad decision is what hurts.

Paying a ransom to a criminal group is not negotiation by strength!. Now that our soldiers are been slaughter on daily basis, buhari should bury his head in shame!

Lets be realistic, we Nigerians were the ones who pressurized PMB whether we like it or not (via bbog etc) to take that decision. We wanted those girls to be released by hook or by crook because we couldnt imagine our daughters in such situation (I would do more than that for my daughtet). If those girls had died in capitivity, it is this same people talking that would lash out at the president claiming he is incompetent and wicked and that if they were his daughters wont he find a way of releasing them. Inasmuch as this case is unfortunate, but we should ask ourselves "can you pay ransom to secure your beloved daughter's release?"
