That's billions of dollars in INVESTMENT so people are expecting returns on that investement. It wouldn't be the same situation if it were spent on those places you mentioned.

The bolded is false. The hospital has been completed and admits patients daily. However, I must admit Akapbio hasn't done anything tangible to justify the oil money.

Besides, Akapbio and the rest are Nigerian politicians so what's the hullabaloo about some doing well and others not doing well.

Every Nigerian politician should face same. They're the same.
