When I was 14, I almost joined a National division 2 side, but never got football boots.
Not to mention the impossibly far distance the clubs training ground was. smiley

That guy is raw talent..only him in the whole squad can turn on ball without any problem, this makes it easy for him to move and hold the ball at will.
Thanks to Arsenal for catching him young. smiley

Your comment is risible. If everyone can replicate it, why are Okocha and few other players who often do it praised for doing something spectacular? And why is every player not doing it? Unless you don't really know what football means, NOT everyone who has played or is still playing football can replicate that move.

And it wasn't childish because it was clear that he was going to do that even if the whistle wasn't blown. Many times in football, the whistle goes too suddenly that you can't stop the impulse driving you to make your next move, and that's why some players would still take shots at goal after being whistled at for being in an offside position.

If you love football you'd appreciate what Iwobi did. It was the quick, instinctive reaction to produce a poetic and magical moment that made fans go ohhhhhh ahhh. It caused ripples of sheer joy and delight in our hearts. That flick move by Iwobi though spoiled by the whistle was a flash of light, a whisper of love, a soft caress, a kiss of the lips of the feet with the lips of the ball, a whiff of pleasant perfume, a sudden splash of colour, the rhythm and the beat of the African Tom Tom rolled into one. True Art is childlike and sometimes childish.

Dont be silly. Everybody who has played football can replicate that move, and it was rather childish because the referee had already stopped play before he did it.

I relate to this gladly after being picked as an eight year old for a trial in Holland by our academy in the late 90's my dad rejected saying I should go to school and am too young , that's his biggest mistake till now cos football is paying now

mehn I don't understand nigerians and the meaning of gud football oo,super eagles didn't play anything special, the first goal was a mistake, second another big mistake, the last goal was a fine goal.Algerian played well and missed some gud chances, let's b truthful joor, that was not a standard game, can they play Spain that way or even Scotland. I wasn't impressed tho.my opinion. our captain can't even make bench in a club side football lol, super eagles abeg just carry una wahala go.congrats tho.moses was gud
