AAU Students Protest Over Increased School Fees by IJOKOSBLOG(m): 2:14pm On Nov 14, 2016
The students of Ambros Ali University, Ekpoma, all came out in large numbers for a peaceful protest over the increased of school fees and acceptance fee. The fees which were increased by immediate ex-governor, Adams Oshiomole was supposed to return to the normal rate for returning 200l students, instead, the state government and school administration increased the fees.

The protest took place at about 7am this morning and is still on up till now. The students came out and blocked the federal road connecting Benin city to Auchi and member other parts of the country. Both campuses were blocked. The main campus and the College of medicine.
