It is uncommon in early adolescents
I'm going to assume you have no other symptoms i.e pain when you pee or abnormal/painful menses
You'll need more lubrication; either through longer and more gentle pre-intimacy or commercial water-based lubricants like KY jelly
Thanks alot for ur help, I'm grateful

I did all those tests and they are ruled out. Am also not sexually active. Though I suffer from few allergic reactions.

Ok...perhaps immune related as in autoimmune type deal. Do you know what you are allergic to?

Or perhaps you are lacking certain immune functions. Did they screen for immune deficiencies?

Thanks Doc. It was coughing out blood and all the test was done at Lasucom ikeja, so I think they're well qualified. Most test were not showing anything tangible. But it was eventually attributed to Tobaculosis ( I'm not sure my spelling is correct) But there was disagreement between them. But I didn't take any medication related to Tobaculosis and that was 4yrs ago

I though about TB. Did they test you for TB? If not, get that checked first. Then, next thing is a CT scan of the lungs.

Doctors in the house please am having rashes arround my pubic region and i think its JOCK ITCH,,,,, please prescribe a medication for me! And also i want you to prescribe drugs that can kill my libido or sexual drive cause its making me to sin! thanks

lol. No drugs can actually "kill" your libido. Manage this with self control and sheer will power by staying away from temptations and things that lead you to sin.

If it's an addiction, you need professional help.

For your tinea infection (jock itch), try topical clotrimazole or miconazole topical, apply to clean affected area up to 4 weeks.

Good luck.

Hi, docs in the house. Pls I discover that I don't longer urinate frequently this days, I hardly urinate up to three times in a day and anytime I force myself to urinate immediately I finish urinating I'll be feeling pain and itching in penis. Pls what could be the possible cause of It and what kind treatment should go for.

Get checked for urinary tract infection by getting urine analysis. AND, add STD screen for gonorrhea and chlamydia if you sexually engaged.

Good luck. Drink lots of water in the mean time

Yes but the result was not clear to them sir, one say I should be placed on TB medication another say anyone that has come to the point of coughing blood as a TB patience should be lossing weight, but I was adding. So I didn't take such medication. But that was 5years ago. That means I don't have TB I guess sir. So ....what do u advise about the head heaviness I suppose to have done the test but is costly (MRI)

I need for description for your head heaviness, it's rather vague. Is it headache like ? Where is it? How often you get it? Tell me anything you can about the heaviness.

Re: hemoptysis (coughing blood), you really need to get CT scan of your lungs dear. Have they done chest xray at least? That's cheaper. You need to get at the bottom of this and treat ASAP. I advise that you get TB test and confirm it, then start medications if confirmed positive for TB. Forget, the weight loss/gain thing. BTW: Are you still adding weight?

I have CT scan, x-ray etc my lungs is OK, clear after taking some medication, the heaviness is at the back of my head (skull) that is why the doctor said I should go for MRL. It causes imbalance when walking and so on. Initially I went to ENT but they nothing before I was referred to Chest. All test was done at Lasucom for months. And there is another feeling in the recent times at my right chest (causes heaviness too ) but Doc advise I take Amosin I'm not sure of the spelling (anti -biotic) For the record the coughing blood issue was just for few weeks in 2010. Since then I have not experience such thing sir. But the heaviness and feeling attactched to still persist.

Hello Doctors in the house, my brother has had typhoid induced psychiatric problems since August ending. He was okay for a while and then it started again, he is currently on admission in the hospital. Am curious and mainly worried weather the treatment should take this long, and also any general advice on the subject would be highly appreciated.

Hello Doctor in the house, pls can somebody contact STDS when having sexual intercourse with a lady after which he noticed that his condom had broken and he immediately stopped?
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 10:03pm On Oct 29, 2015

OK. So, the head heaviness and slight imbalance sound like vertigo like symptoms. It can be benign but It can be malignant (as in brain tumor). There is a benign cause called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo that is manageable. But, you really need MRI to be sure it is not malignant cause.

Re amosi.n, it is likely they were treating you for lung infection, though I would have to investigate your prior history to ascertain why. It would have been important to know cause of the hemoptysis, but be that as it may, if not persisting now, no cause for concern as of late.

Answer a few more questions: how old are you? do you have dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea and is the heaviness affected by position of head or changing position?. Have you been evaluated by a neurologist? If not, do try one out.

Yes. Do get tested ASAP, especially if you suspect a carrier of STD

Dear, what are your symptoms? We doctors tend not to treat lab results or numbers, we treat symptoms in conjunction with lab results.

What are you feeling that prompted this test? We shall start there.

If he relapsed into it, he likely either is a carrier or he was re-infected. If he is in admitted, then they hopefully will take care of him appropriately. In that, not much you can do.

Education is vital: prevention of transmission of typoid. It is transmitted fecal oral or from food/water sources. So, will need to take care of your water and food source, practice proper sanitation, and general universal precautions such as washing hands. No eating of raw uncooked or poorly cooked meat/fish/diary products. There is also vaccination you can inquire about.

In terms of you brother, his recuperation or recovery depends on how severe his neurological system is affected. But, it is outside your hands really. All you can do is be there for him, and limit or prevent transmission and exposures to others and yourself and the like.

@munalight. Are you overweight? If yes then you need to shed some weight.

If what you described is what it is...then your condition is called stress incontinence.

If in addition you are not able to hold your wee before you get to the loo...then that is Urge Incontinence. Having both condition is called. Mixed incontinence.

However, it is not common in your age group, unless you have had multiple birth in the past or you had a procedure. Your pelvic floor muscle is weak

You need ....Pelvic Floor Exercise. Just Google for how to go about the exercise.

Bintudon. What you have is called post contraception amenorrhea. Usually it could take up to 6 months for your menses to return.
