the drugs that were prescribed are antifungal. Eczematous rash will not respond to antifungal unless there is superimposed fungal infection. I will suggest that if truly properly diagnosed as eczema, then you need more eczema targeted cream such as steroid cream; hydrocortison.e will do. Then, also try good moisturizer.

michaelshow:
weakness, fatigue and heaviness of skin are vague; I suggest getting a physical exam. Can check your blood work too; blood count, thyroid hormone and chemistry to start. Can also describe more about yourself and medical history and symptoms for further clarification.
isn't there like a tablet drug for it cos I think with all these cream it just keeps coming back, I need something permanent

Well, have you tried the steroid cream? Most of eczema treatment is in topical/skin application form. There is a pill, but it is for advance cases of eczema and they are fairly expensive and comes with side effects since you will be taking them per os. I suggest you pay a visit to your doctor preferably a dermatologist.

First line for eczema, is a steroid cream first, with good moisturizer lotion. There are other things you can do to lessen the rash, PM and I will send you information on eczema. I don't think I can send link via NL post.

damselle00: if your liver function tests were truly normal, then consider checking your thyroid function tests; it includes T4, TSH.

Bin3: great, let me know what they said/did

4reala: have your tried nasal decongestants such as phenylephrin.e

mekusdanny: Internal hemorrhoid are usually painless, you likely have external or anal fissure. There is topical analgesics like lidocain.e, anuso.l can relieve pain. Can also try sitz bath, please google this. But, have you seen someone regarding your anorectal condition for proper exam and diagnosis?

michaelshow: give me some time to look over this, will get back to you.

@ Xiadnat, thank you for your response. i have been doing Sitz bath and do take panadol extra or tramadol (lately) which do help with the pain., but recently the pain is becoming unbearable for me. i'll try out the analgesics you prescribe. it is probably Anal fissure because the pain is mostly after bowel movement and i cannot see any lump externally. i have not seen anyone regarding this but will have to see doctor this weekend for proper diagnosis. Many thanks for your assistance

Do you find yourself belching a lot? How is your bowel movement as in stooling?

You may want to consider getting abdominal x-ray for less expensive options. You want to rule out serious causes especially when it's getting painful.

Thank You fro replying sir. Yes by briefs I mean my underwear, I am 25, no I dont experience it when I cough etc.the symptoms seem like urge incontinence my health generally is average (though i rarely fall ill)

25 y/o with urinary problems. Hm.

urge incontinence is when you have sudden and urgent need to urinate and at times cannot make it on time.

Causes are due to strong bladder muscles from various factors such neurological disorder, infection can too.

I will encourage you to see a urologist for proper history/exam Or at least see your GP for: urinalysis, bladder scan. There are other tests too.

In the mean time, just use timed bathroom breaks, wear briefs (as in adult absorbents). I wish you well

Belching is to its minimal, as for the stooling its normal. . .'abdominal x-ray' could it be life-threatining

Hi Doctors, my Hep B viral load as at Mid last year was 30,000ml, I did scan, liver function test and all came normal, my doc placed me on zeffix once daily, and I have been using it since October (now almost 4months), want to ask is a viral load of 30,000 bad?. My spouse is currently pregnant, was tested and negative, will be going for vaccination after delivery. Want to apply for visa and I don't no if the viral load above can make me inadmissible?. What steps can I take from now thanks?

That is a significant load, but do continue your treatment.

I am not sure of the customs with regards to visa/travel if you are traveling to western countries. I think westerners (US) are required to have travel vaccinations of which Hep is one of them. Not sure of vice versa.

Hepatitis C is blood borne, so not sure why it would matter with regards to traveling/visa issuance.

The guys fluid drips out of your vagina? That doesn't sound abnormal. Yes. You can get pregnant

When lots of air in the abdominal area can cause the pain. The air/gas could be non life threatening, but I am suggesting that you may want to check and make sure, you do not have perforated organ that is leaking air into your abdominal cavity-- that could be life threatening.

Good luck

I am not a fertility specialist, but I don't believe you should be taking clomid if you are already pregnant. How early are you in the pregnancy?

I think of neurological issues first. Are you healthy otherwise? Get basic blood work that includes your blood glucose.
