If you are having pus after urination you may need a full STI screen (depending on your risk factors) and also a swab of the pus. If you have a history of multiple sexual partners/unprotected intercourses, treatment with penicillin/Ceftriaxone may be needed based on your allergy hx. You would need a GUM clinic follow up.

Feeling of lump in throat is not an uncommon symptom. It could be caused by simple lymph nodes inflammation due to viral infection to thyroid problems or even issues lower down the oesophagus. It sounds unlikely to be cancer based on your age and absence of other risk factors (you haven’t mentioned any other symptoms, so I assume nothing else).
You probably will need a full throat exam for starters

This morning tho, I woke up with a part of neck thicker than usual. It's the muscle that runs down to the collarbone, I don't know what the name of the muscle is tho but it's located on both sides of the neck, so the left side hurts when I touch it.

Not sure if it's a neck strain due to the fact that I stack up pillows because I suspect I might be suffering from LPR. Anyway, I will be going to see an ENT specialist on Monday to rule out all possibilities because the anxiety is crippling , it was so bad this morning that I couldn't even walk.

This throat issue is throwing me into depression. I'll let you know whatever the ENT says. Thanks again.

Could be the muscles there as you rightly said, the muscles there are sternocleidomastoid And trapezius. but there are deeper ones like crico-pharyngeus, omohyoid etc and your symptoms could be a pouch somewhere there. Keep in touch as you planned.

My advice will still remain the same as the one you attached. Every suspected STI needs full sexual health screen including taking swabs for gonorrhoea (especially to check for treatment resistance). Also from a medico-legal point of view, you would need to inform any other sexual partners and the need for them to be treated.
Regarding the urine issue with flow, you didn’t say how old you are ?. Could this be your prostate?. Things that point to prostate problems are poor flow, post void dribble, incontinence, hesitancy, increased frequency, blood in urine (haematuria).

“Blood thinning drugs” is something different to cholesterol controlling drugs.
The former is commonly loosely referred to a group of drugs that include COX inhibitors eg Aspirin to anticoagulants eg Warfarin etc.
The latter Is used for controlling lipids and even at that there are numerous classes depending on the reason why you need them.
Those medications shouldn’t be taken without been recommended and monitored by a medical professional.

What does the pain feel like? (Sharp? Dull? Achy?).

If you are female, at what point does the pain occur? (Beginning of intercourse or during deep penetration?). Do you get any bleeding or discharge? Where you previously treated for any STI?. Any Family or personal history of gynaecology problems?. Can you feel a lump in your genitals? Do you have an unexplained mass in your pelvic area?

If male, does the pain occur during ejaculation or no relation to it?. Do you suffer from hernia? . Any previous STI? . Any Abnormalities with your sperm or urine?. Any discharge?
Regarding your stomach pain, I would also need more information, there are few organs around the area you mentioned.

I didn’t realise it is for your dad, thought it was for you. The discharging medical team should have told you the drugs he need.
Generally after a stroke, he would need to be started on a statin assuming no contraindications eg atorvastatin 80mg at night. This should only be started after two weeks of having a stroke due to theoretical risks of brain bleed which is highest within two weeks of a stroke.
Follow up with your dad doctors for post stroke rehabilitation and monitoring of his liver function initially while on statins.

If all investigations are normal, I suspect it could be a kind of functional neurology disorder. This means although there isn’t any physical/structural cause for your symptoms, it could be due to how your body perceive sensory stimulus. It also doesn’t mean you are making things up.
If you find this debilitating, you may have to consult a neurologist with specialist interest in diagnosing functional disorders. You can ask around to see if such neurologist exists in Nigeria.

You can have your urine/feaces examined on microscopy in any of the near by medical diagnostic laboratory center located in your vicinity. You can also use the Microbiology lab unit of the Pathology department of most University Teaching Hospitals for further consult.

I will go to laboratory around my vicinity but the problem is what name should I tell them when I get there is the normal urine m/c/s or I should just tell them I want to test for schimatosis?

Tell them you want to have a test done to show or confirm egg of S. haematobium or even any of the S. species.
Preferably, Urine or faecal culture for the parasitic eggs. Usually microscopy. Easy!

A blood test may be done on your white blood cells for increase levels of eosinophils and basophils and a rapid urinalysis to rule out other causes. A confirm serologic test can be done in our Microbiology unit, Pathology in University teaching hospital.

Please see doctor for further help whether result is positive for S. haematobium or not should symptoms continues.
