Are both of You referring to GH requests or PH? If its GH requests, then both of you have probably either recently changed your password or your banking details, I really pray u didnt do that, because that would put u on a temporary moratorium (delay of your GH requests for an extra 15days from the day you tampered with your details.)

Write back with a full detail of which of the mistakes I stated that u have made.
