The management of Rangers international football club, Enugu has commenced arrangements towards setting up a strong and viable team “B” for the upcoming football season.



A statement by the clubs director of media and public relations, foster chime said the technical team in charge of the Rangers F.C TEAM ‘B’ will commence screening of the interested players within and outside Enugu from Wednesday

16 th November, 2016 by nine o’clock.

The training will hold at Rangers permanent camp, independent layout, Enugu near sports council complex, Enugu.

According to the head coach of the Rangers ‘B’ Team,

Ndubuisi Ajomiwe the screening exercise will cut across the age strata and will afford skillful players and youth in Enugu the singular opportunity of displaying their god giving talents as well as play themselves into the main team of rangers if they are exceptional.

He noted that the exercise will last for some day, to ensure that everyone present is given the benefit of doubt and opportunity to play to his full potentials.

The rangers board had directed that the technical crew of the team ‘B’ should ensure that the screening exercise should be open and devoid of any encumbrances towards making it a hitch-free exercise in order to have a result oriented and qualify player for the team ‘b’ that will live up to expectations and contest in some of the state and nations soccer competitions and achieve set target for the club.

Meanwhile, the per-camping season of the Rangers Intl. FC Enugu, in Benin City, Edo State, entered the eight day on Monday, with virtually all the retained old players, including Chisom Egbuchulam, Godwin Aguda, Obinna Nwobodo, Bobby Clement, Osas Okoro, Tope Olusesi, Nana Bonsu, Cheme Edoh and others as well as some of the invited new players in the Nigeria professional league and foreign players are presently in camp.
