In response to your question,you can get in Ikorodu but not in a developed part of it.If you do get,be sure to conduct a search before payment to ensure you are not paying for a land under compulsory government acquisition.

Also,in places like that, as soon as you have done your due diligence,on payment for the land,try to immediately commence perimeter fencing or foundation and perfection of title to the land to avoid third party claims.
