Do people gain experience without work They always come up with these obnoxious requirements after they have secretly employed their brothers and sisters These requirements are for formalities, indirectly telling you that there no more vacancies because they have employed people that wouldn't even take part in the interview #IAmMyOwnBoss 1 Like |

The supply of labor exceeds demands so employers are looking for ways to screen out the army of uninvited applicants who seek jobs by demanding for unrealistic qualifications. Lets face it , no matter how qualified you think you are you have to learn your new employers modus operandi. Its all about trust and not qualifications, people are hired on the basis of trust and not qualifications. You employer tells you how to do his job. |

Ariel20:Well, you made a valid point. Being dynamic as a student or in whatever field we find ourselves is fantastic and avails wonderful opportunities. Notwithstanding, it is pertinent to point out that our system in this country is a total failure & discouraging. Most jobs in the country a secured via referrals (man-know-man) & other unfair means resulting to high rate of mediocrity in various fields. If it were like this in other climes, I wonder if the word "excellent" would be in existence. |
