i have a place where you can be buying it at the rate of 98 for 100 recharge card

98 naira per 100 card is too high cos i learnt one can get for as low as 92/93 naira for 100 naira card.
What i need is contact to dealers that sells pins within 92 to 93 for bulk sales.
If you have their contacts, let's ve it pls. I'm also willing to do the business.
