You are still NOT listening _(sigh). Non-Igbo groups such as the Urhobo (from what I have read so far), have not expressed any desire to go through a referendum. So why are you forcing one on them?

In 2014, when Scotland wanted to conduct a referendum whether to remain in the UK or press for independence, it conducted a referendum but it was restricted only to those in Scotland. So since the Urhobo have not expressed a desire to be part of Biafra, why are you so intent on subjecting them to a referendum?
