Would it be possible to build a 3 bedroom (2 baths/3toilets) and 2 bedroom (1 baths/2toilets) semi detached on the groundfloor and a 4/5 bedroom apartment on top. what would be the minimum size required? would also park 6 cars in total

^^ with a 6 car parking lot, I would advise a minimum 100x100ft piece. (some people could work with less but i wouldn't)

Please can some one tell me how much every thing can cost the plan and the building of 4flats and in the 4 flats all should be 5rooms,3masters,with store and dinning,with gate man house,with toilet,and bathroom,well designed compound with good 5 0r 6 car pack.and it will be desinged with flowers,and a generator house.

I know of a guy that does house plan and registration, survey, develop land and also manage the land for you if you live abroad. One unique thing about this guy is he's faithful and honest.
