A presidency source has said that the angst of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over the party’s primary election in Ondo State, which threw up Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) was ‘self-inflicted.’ According to the source who asks not to be named because he was not qualified to speak to the press confirmed that Tinubu had no reason to hold a grudge against the APC or President Buhari over the primary. “This is because”, the source added, “the National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, at the outset, gave Tinubu his due as the national leader of the APC and its leader in the South-west geopolitical zone by consulting with him and sharing with him the delegates’ list.” SOURCE: http://skytrendnews.com/2016/11/21/buhari-apc-refused-accede-tinubus-demands-ondo-primaries/
