1---- To start writing you need your mind, when i say your mind, i mean that inner begin that does all the imagination and soul searching, if your mind is distracted, then you are not able to focus on a particular thought, so to be a good writer the mind must not be troubled or bothered, it(mind) must be calm, cool and relax so as to connet with those powerful ideas lying in oblivion,
