I live in a building ran by dogs and their owners (lol); so happy the management only allows small dogs--not the large one in the picture. However, the small ones are the worst, with their yapping, mean tempers and lack of bladder control. People treat their dogs like family; they are included in many significant events. ugh. lol P.S. I did not grow up with pets--except a hamster, so I am not pet (dog or cat) friendly. Although, there are some cute little dogs in the building.
