I created my last thread basically for three reasons..

.to catch fun

.to encourage fellow ladies to be hardworking and independent. .

.to erase the mentality of tagging every women "olosho"

but fortunately for me...the thread turned out to be another golden opportunity. ..

many nairalanders contacted me..but 40% turn out to be prospective clients...I met this particular nairalander on the 18th of this month..we went to his site together at dalemo before sango..the land is just an half plot(60ft×60ft). .but I promised to come up with something nice..just yesterday morning..I sent him these presentation drawings. .he was amazed..and immediately asked for my professional fee..I told him..to my surprise. .he requested for my acct number and 45minutes later..I got an alert (Godwin)...

The most amazing thing is that he deducted just a little out of the amount I requested for..and asked me to go ahead with the working drawings. ..
I am so glad..not only becoz of the money..but the fact that something beautiful like diz came up from nairaland...

NOTE... ..
he personally asked me to paste the drawing here incase some people might want to incorporate their own ideas before I finish the working drawings. .

Just a layman looking in...... seems like too much plumbing work.

Nice one.......but d entrance linking master bedroom and the other is too open, one can see through from the dining into the masters whenever the door is open! It can be worked on to avoid that!!!!!!

There's nothing nice about this design. People making the same mistakes over and over again. Why would the whole occupants in the house use only one exit - the lounge. Imagine when papa has a visitor he doesn't want to see and the visitor decides to wait till thy kingdom comes. Imagine papa spending the rest of the day inside his room just because he has only has exit which has been occupied by the unwanted visitor.

its usually adviseable to cross ventilate a kitchen due to probability of wind distorting your flame.. Rather you can install a heat suction device.

nice floor plan except it lacks internal privacy completely, it's best if you can move from the bedroom to the kitchen without been seen in the living room, a visitor or armed robber that enters that living room have effectively held every occupant hostage. nice work, keep it up.

Most modern kitchens don't even have a dedicated window, most are in the center of the house he can add an extractor fan

How big are the rooms , the lounge and the kitchen, and please can one have an idea of hw much this would cost minus roofing?

nice color combination it looks cozy and is my type..not the popular yellow,red and brown colors like occultic buidings..lol..my only worry my dear is you cant fence it with the conventional type of fencing in nja..there will be no ventilation that is if actually its on a half plot..secondly u cant use the western type of fencing cuz of nja u know the rest...lastly u cant leave it unguarded u know the rest also..but overall when nja becomes safer these ur spec will be hotter hottest cake for normal civil middle class family...thumbs babe!

Nice job, no doubt its a good sketch but my view on it ll be best known if actually d dimensions re given conaidering d plot size, it might be difficult to shrink d sketch to fit into 9m x 36m with all d requiree setbacks.
