The Appeal court has nullified the order given by Justice Abang, which replaced Eyitayo Jegede with controversial business man Jimoh Ibrahim. Justice Saulawa says he agrees that court below was grievous error when it replaced Jegede with Ibrahim. Saulawa nullifies the proceedings of Oct14 when Justice Abang ruled in favour of Ibrahim, according to him, Jegede's appeal is "most grossly meritorious and it is accordingly allowed" |
