The Ondo Peoples Democratic Party candidate of the Ali-Modu Sheriff faction, Jimoh Ibrahim has been sacked by the Court of Appeal from contesting the November 26 election in stead of Eyitayo Jegede of the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the same party.

Justice Okon Abang’s earlier judgement which declared Mr. Ibrahim the candidate was set aside by the Appeal Court.
