Have you folks noticed that the believers of both religions on nairaland talk more about hell than heaven? They seem to rely almost exclusively on messages of hell to get converts to their respective religions than the ones of heaven. Bizarre, is it not? Sometimes i do mistake them for satanists. Perhaps it is not a mistake . . . |

Where will christianity be without that place called hell?Without that place to scare people with, the christian population would most probably shrink, drastically. |

Its really amusing. But guess what? Hell exists. Not as a physical place, but as a state of being. A state of mind or spirit. This very world, is hell already for some peeps. |

Deep Sight: can you explain this state of mind calling hell. i agree with the thread though, a religion based on love shouldn't spend so much time scaring people. |
