1. Do not become friends with the opposite sex. In fact be seen as a mean person. It will save you.

2. Introduce any one you meet from the opposite gender to your spouse as soon as is reasonably possible and take a back seat in the interaction

3. Do not chat unnecessarily on whatsapp or facebook especially late at night. Turn off your phone and go to sleep

4. Try not stay away from your spouse for too long

5. Always talk about your spouse wherever you go and with people you meet

6. Listen to the voice in your head that tells you to stop. It always knows long before you even realize

7. You are not stronger than temptation so don't put yourself in a compromising situation

If you end up going too far, please stop and turn around. Whatever pleasure you derive is not worth breaking your marriage vows for. Your spouse is just as good as whoever the person is and is most likely better, that's why you chose them to be your spouse.
