if you have done that write to them via email, text msg or Facebook. explain your problems to them.

Possible causes:
You did not login into your Facebook account before trying to link it.

Browser


Possible Solution:
Login into Facebook before logging into Npower, so when you clink Connect to Facebook it will capture your Facebook details and then instruct you to write something about Npower and share on your timeline after that, the next page is where you put your bank account. that's all.


Your using a different Computer other than what you usually do your Facebook chats.
Try Google chrome, Internet explorer


Don't forget to come back and share your testimony.
