Volvo Group Scholarships invite applications from citizens of the People’s Republic of China or the Republic of India. Up to four scholarships are awarded for two year masters programme.

Scholarship Level: Master - Postgraduate

Host institution: Swedish university education

Scholarship degree target: The Volvo Group Scholarships are available to pursue a master degree in the following programmes: Automotive Engineering, Computer Systems & Networks, Electric Power Engineering and Software Engineering.

Number of award(s): Up to 4 Volvo Group Scholarships are awarded each year

Scholarship benefit(s): The benefits associated with Volvo Group Scholarships include:

100% of the tuition fee (4 semesters/2 year programme)
In addition, the Volvo Group intends to have close contact with the students during the two years of study. Support offered could include summer internships, Master’s thesis projects and mentorship.
Target group: The Volvo Group Scholarships is available for citizens of the People's Republic of China and/or the Republic of India.

Eligibility: The following eligibility criteria applies:

1st year Master's programme applicants to one or several of the above listed programmes
Citizens of the People's Republic of China or the Republic of Indiawho are required to pay tuition fees for Swedish university studies
Application information:

Volvo Group Scholarships applications will only be processed after the corresponding online application for Master’s programmes at university admissions.se has been completed, including having submitted all the required documentation verifying your eligibility and having paid the application fee. Only applicants fulfilling the eligibility requirements for the Master’s programmes applied for are considered for a scholarship.

The selection is based on the applicants' relative academic excellence, which primarily includes weighted average grade but also home university's stature (including position on global ranking lists) and priority order of the application for Chalmers Master's programmes.
