Unlike the Nigeria Celebrities, Some Hollywood celebrities tend to go to jail for various crimes, like drug trafficking, violence, and other felonies. With a very few recorded of Nigeria celebrities who have probably slept in jail is our discussion right now. Read below.

1. Oritsfemi

Songwriter and Performer Oritsefemi is our number 1 in the list of Celebrities that slept in jail. He got arrested after he Cut a bouncer on his face with a glass cup at Quilox Night Club in Victoria Island, Lagos.

During the argument, the bouncer suddenly pushed me and I lost balance. In anger, I wanted to pour my glass of wine on his face. As I tried to empty the content of the glass on him, he charged at me and the glass broke on his face, injuring him. I did not stab him. I have never stabbed anybody in my life.” He said:

Last year, the rapper was arrested by policemen who were probably drunk. He told the story of how he was arrested after pulling out from a friends place. Presumably for miss of Identity and spent a whole night at the station in Ajah(Langbasa Division) Lagos State for crimes he didn’t commit. After his release, 2shotz was invited by the police and then the issue was resolved.

3. Wizkid

An internationally known Nigeria Singer, Wizkid was arrested in Kenya in 2014 for smoking an Illegal substance.
The incident took place at the Crown Plaza hotel. Wizkid was later released. He also denied this allegation through his manager Seun Jonathan who said

Nothing of such happened. It is all rumor, rumors keep churning out every day, it didn’t happen.”

4. Vector

Vector has been in arrested twice by his label YSG for breaching contractual terms in 2013. The issue lead to vector surrounding his car and apartment provided by the label.

According to LIB “The disagreement between Vector and his label started a few months back after the rapper complained about his progress rate and the label’s nonchalant attitude towards his career and simply suggested more professional hands be employed to help his career, which the label took as a threat, and when they refused to heed to his suggestions, Vector hired hands he was paying personally.”

5. Skales

Finally, just like Vector, Skales was placed on arrest by his label Baseline Music, which he currently is. Arrested with his manager for Financial Crime and Mismanagement

“Skales and his manager were making monies that weren’t documented” Said Baseline. Scales with later freed leaving his manager to spend a longer time with NPF.
