Pres. Muhammadu Buhari to present the 2017 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly, next week.

Minister of Budget & National Planning, Udoma Udo, disclosed this yesterday after
the Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja yesterday, November 30th, 2016.

"The budget has been approved by the Federal Executive Council and the details of course will be revealed when the President presents the budget to the National Assembly. The President will be communicating to the National Assembly and of course it will be at the National Assembly's discretion ultimately. The President will write to them. It is after the confirm that the president can go to address them"he said.

Clearly stated that no date has been agreed for the presentation,the pres has not even communicated to the NASS,who as is stated above,av d discretion to tell him wen they want to receive him.
