RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage, create (where applicable) social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, goggle+, Nairaland, JIJI, Efiritin.com, Olx and the likes) of Cross & Churchill Estates limited and its subsidiaries.
• Create / manage the company’s email marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Ensure consistent and strong digital presence with adequate advertising campaigns.
• Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
• Act as an online brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications.
• Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
• Managing the content diary for social media content.
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
• Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
• Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
• Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
• Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.
• Create database of emails for lead generation.
• Follow up on interested respondents and transfer same when necessary to sales team for close of sales.
• Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
• Ensure adequate twitter, Facebook, instagram followership within the first 30 days.
• Integrate goggle search optimization
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and report back to management team
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
