Qualifications : Anything in Agriculture (bsc, hnd, ond etc) with basic management skills.

Must be knowledgeable in Record keeping
Must be able to Co-ordinate farm activities
Ability to manage staffs
Must be computer literate and must have a proficient writing and verbal skills.
Must be able to learn and follow instruction.
Must be experienced in Crop farming (any number years of experience).
Able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well versed with computer skills.
