United Nations should ban Nigerian politicians from traveling abroad because their mission in abroad is not useful to this nation. How can a member of national assembly after coming back from Brazil boosted that Brazil is very fine. But why not try your best to make Nigeria to look this Brazil. In fact their mission in these American and European countries are useless, wasteful, etc.

So these people should be banned from traveling to abroad.

No country or international body has the power to ban anyone from traveling across international borders. A country may put restriction against an individual's entry into their sovereign land or other lands within their dominion or by virtue of treaties, on any land of an aligned nation that is party to such treaty.

Stop that nonensense!
