Does someone know if Ezar Properties is Scam? I paid for a plot of land at EZAR ESTATE in Igwurita, Port Harcourt, since March 2015. I also paid for the survey and title, all to Ezar Properties. But Ezar Properties manager at their Port Harcourt office has inexcusably denied me a valid title document till date. Plural victims are involved. What best should I do? |
