There is no military barracks in Ekiti state,and I bet some youths there don't know how a soldier's attire looks,so you can say he is modelling grin

He had the right to put on any military wears on because he is the Chief Security officer of the state as enshrined in the constitution. Although, some wears are dedicated for some occasions, but this ain't ok for budget presentation. Fayose, still my man. The only Bubu's slayer grin
