'Been following silently for a long time but too lazy to comment.

I really don't see much error The plot is cool, very cool and the twists are good but some are predictable.. the updates to is kinda consistent. Just that too much chit-chats are on the thread and this really sucks

Typing in short forms too sucks . It makes it hard to understand(for me especially). Try not to break an update into batches. Maybe later, I might make a critic/review on the story.

Your story is losing serious vibe. I used to look forward to the updates but recently I have become rather disappointed at the way you update. The updates are too short, and your habit of breaking some of the updates is not doing much good to your work. 1 long decent update a day is much better than these short, breaking ones.

Also the chit chats on the thread is getting irritating. You shouldn't respond to every comment made.
Finally, try to add in some unexpected twist. Chioma is dead but if she should miraculously come back from the dead, that would be very predictable and kind of boring.

In all you are doing a good but there is room for better improvement to make d story even perfect
