Your boss saw the state of things and yet waited 6months to appoint ministers. I guess that was also Jonathan's fault? Foreign investors withdrew their investments becos of Buharis govt policies but u will rather have us blame Jonathan for that too. The screening by state and local government is the best approach to this exercise and is welcome development. Hmm I was going through Borno state list and saw 60% of those selected are iPod yout and they put Borno local governments as their place of residence. are they living in those local government? Screening by the state will prove that.All those that are complaining about the screening aren't actually living in the places they put as their place of residence.

As much as I support the next step but ill planned I must admit, what becomes of those who fail?
Does state government have the right to reject anybody? If they don't have the power to reject, then the test is of no purpose and not worth it. If in the end, the state government won't assist financially or otherwise despite volunteers are helping the state having successfully passed two tests, then the Aptitude test is not really worth it.

I think this government is more confused than I thought! Which aptitude test? Testing them if they are qualified? Are u kidding ♍e? The program is designed to train and empower the unemployed youth and not to compete with the so called qualified teachers in the public schools. BUT if there will be some level of transparency in the conduct of the aptitude test and not a means of hijacking the or abusing the process, its still okay
