The Senior Special Adviser on Social Media and Brother-in-law to Gov.Nyesom Wike, Marshal Obuzor, has been arrested by security operatives. Versatile Reporters gathered that Mr.Marshal who is a registered voter in Ubio Unit, Ward 11 in Ahoada West LGA was picked up by soldiers while trying to bribe INEC officials at the RACC Centre for Wards 1 - 4 in Mbiama, Ahoada West LGA of Rivers State.
