The youngest lawmaker in the South East region, Hon. Obinna Kingsley Onwubuariri has shown great repose in ensuring the standard of living is maintained in his federal constituency. This he has shown in his empowerment programme/ Skill acquisition tagged HON OBINNA 2015/2016 EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME PHASE1, taking place today at his home town, Amaraku, Isiala mbano LGA, IMO state. The young lawmaker, who have been a beacon of hope to the indigents of the federal constituency, has ensured that all his campaign promises are met, regardless of how difficult the economy might have become. Several relief materials will be dolled out to lucky winners in the empowerment programme and it is targeted to alleviate the poverty in the land as well as arrest the alarming hunger in the said constituency.
