We are sort of familiar with explosions here in Nigeria until some months back when a new type of explosion started circulating in the news but this time around smartphone users were the ones affected by the new explosive device and that is the almighty Samsung Galaxy Note 7. When we first heard about the explosions, we thought oh well, it's one of those things, a factory defected device maybe. The number of the exploded Samsung Galaxy Note 7 increased from a few to a lot of them thereby forcing Samsung to recall all the units it had sold in order to rectify what might be the problem but at the end of the day, the little tweak made to the recalled smartphones doesn't change a thing as the devices kept on exploding while charging and sometime during usage.

Samsung took a bold step by admitting they have a hand in the gadget malfunction and all the users should turn in their individual copy to get get another Samsung device or get a full refund. A lot of people returned theirs while the adamant and the risk takers kept on enjoying theirs with the fear of it exploding every minute of usage at the back of their minds.

Samsung who doesn't want any more bad reputation has decided to alter the function of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7s out there I.e. they'll take out their ability to function as a smartphone. This update is said to cover Canada, Australia, U.S and some other countries with note 7 users, the update is said to be rolling out on the 19th of December. This is a wake up call to everyone with a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 device to turn it in at any Samsung shop to get a refund or they risk losing both their device and their money. I'm sure you guys will make the right decision.
