internetgangste: I wonder same thing sometimes. Honestly it isnt bad initiative as long as cost are placed on private parties. I think they're just mad the population census has been taken but we're talking about livestock. Simply pass law saying live stock should be branded. Then farmers should implement bar codes and rfid into business. Lastly enforce property rights. People should not be stealing their cattle. |
