I'm yet to get a proper account of what resulted in the inferno, but the popular Phil Hallmark mall, beside Kada Plaza has been razed down by fire. This is quite disheartening. Hallmark happens to be the largest mall in Benin City. This must be a huge loss to the owners and inhabitants of Benin City as well.. . Below are the pics.
