Unlike other elections where results from polling units were readily available online at the end of counting, Rivers rerun brings a different case. This may not be unconnected with the security situation in the state.

I congratulate the good people of Rivers state for rejecting the evil party that is synoymous with suffering, anguish and poverty of the masses.
You have indeed shown that power belongs to the people and not a biased inec or compromised police and army.

I also want to salute the strongman of Rivers state,Eze Nyesome Wike. If not for his doggedness, apc and rotimi amechi would have since taken Rivers state.
I salute you all.

P/s, take this congratulatory message in place of any one you might expect from Buhari, the president who sees himself as the president of apc rather than the whole federation does not extend congratulatory messages to opposition party. He is as myopic as his govt.

Rivers of Blood,

Hope INEC will declare the results as they are and not call it inconclusive as usual.

They better do the needful and save us all this killings and loss of life of common citizens because of politicians that don't even give a dam about us.

So inec can't release the two remaining senatorial results. Lets be frank here, this is not normal at all. Inec should forget about amaechi and declare winners in the LGA released so far
The whole world is watching the over desperation of a so called minister who took election results away. What a shame to the present FG.
is over 24 hours now and the results are yet to be released because one oga minister is holding them.
Inec is an independent body and should be allowed to act like one.
I just dey shame for this minister, allow inec make dem release results e no gree, rig na e fit rig. I never see where minister go seize election results. Wonders at its peak. Oga president this guy dey fall ur hand o.
This one na bad omen and even some reasonable zombies no say the minister don Bleep up to hold that results pass 24 hours. E just seize d results.
