Stop spreading false information - Dana Air reacts to alleged air crash in Lagos

Dana Air has rebuffed reports that one of its aircrafts was involved in a crash in Lagos State on Sunday 11 December 2016.

According to the airline, some members of the public are sharing video and photos of its ill-fated Flight 992 that crashed on June 3 2012 claiming 163 lives and are parading the media content as a recent incident.
Dana Air spokesman Kingsley Ezenwa said in a statement,
"We wish to state unequivocally that the report was entirely false and malicious, as it carried the pictures and video footage of a previous occurrence.

"At Dana, the safety of our passengers and crew is our major priority and we would continue to adhere strictly to all local and international regulations in the delivery of safe, reliable and world-class air transport.

"We also regret any inconveniences that the alleged crash may have caused our passengers and assure them that the matter is being investigated."

wink

Bloggers can fake your death and plan your burial ceremony while you still alive and in good health

I won't blame them anyway. No rumors to spread recently

Even celebrities are stingy about their lifestyle

That is one of the negative usage of social media. Unfortunately, negative news spread faster than positive news. And people don't bother to investigate any story from social media again, they just swallow it hook, line and sinker.

Majority of Nigerian bloggers are actually desperate idiots and they are among the most popular, because majority of Nigerians are the idiots applauding them.

Since one has made fame and fortune from spreading gossip, lies and rumours, then that's their formula for success.

This might look like a rumor but I think Nigeria is not so far from another air mishap, I sincerely wish I am wrong. All these local airlines needs to be scrapped. It is better to travel in your car for 12hours than to go hypertensive over a 1 hour flight that was even delayed for 6 hours.

I no kuku blame them, if the government had a functioning Cyber Crime unit, many of them would be in jail right now.

American bloggers don't post news they're not sure of.. They know the consequences.
