Every Nigerian patriot must heed the messages of Gambian nationals and share this message till it reaches CJN desk.

We cant afford xenophobia in Gambia against our people, as a result of corrupt and greedy tendencies of some of our rogue men and women in the judiciary.

Since Gambia gained indepence from Britain, all their magistrates and judges are appointed from Nigeria.

On that list are just two Yoruba justices, It is too early for you to be drunk you should have waited till late evening.

I lived in the Gambia for four years as an artist, Yorubas are the ppl doing legit work there, your ppl are into drug and 419. The first Armed robbery in Gambia in 2002 was by Four Wailers working for a Casino.

Yorubas graduates sell bread, own barbing saloons, sell news papers and drive cabs to survive.

Na your ppl dey spoil our image there even in the neighbouring Senegal.
Righteous and holy yoruba clap for yourself.

The Nigerian Judges in the Gambia behave in a most curious way. For example, prior to the elections, the main opposition leader was jailed, by a Nigerian Judge, and denied bail upon conviction. A few days after the elections, a Nigerian judge presiding over the Appeal Court granted them bail (interestingly her name is omitted from the list above). What does this tell you? Our Nigerian judges in the system seem to blow with the political winds which is terrible for a judicial system. They are so hated that if the President elect should scale through in January it is a foregone conclusion that almost all of them will be going home on the first available flight.
since the judges were not sent on merit they must be from the scrach face Afonja they have Ooduwanitanis Gambia with their judicial corruption.

Why Nigerian plenty as Judges for there, and to think that one of us is d chief Judge of d country. Is it that Gambian don't have qualified legal practitioners?

Gambia is a small country and this practice of having Nigerian judges as their Chief Justice has been on for as long as I can remember, their judiciary is not as robust and solid like ours, so from time to time we give helping hands to other African countries and not just the Gambia alone.

It may interest u to know that this practice also includes their military as well and it was our own Col. Lawan Gwadabe who as chief of the Gambian Army organised and led the coup that toppled Jawara and Yaya Jammeh assumed office in 1994.

U are on point. Their best road, the one from West field to Banjul was done by Nigeria free of charge, Every year Nigeria sends Doctors and teachers there on the bill of Nigerian government, So it is not strange to see Nigerian Justices dominating their judiciary.
