I recently challenged my landlord on excessive charges he collects on NEPA BILL, he returns it by giving me a six month QUIT NOTICE. After, 3month,am about packing out nd he is demanding for 3months rent. please, I need ur advice on dis, is it legal for the landlord to demand for rent within a quit NOTICE? Urgent Response please.. |

If the Tenancy Agreement signed by you is in order, YES, you're liable. Your landlord's house is NOT a YMCA hostel! Good luck. |

If you are a yearly paying tenant you required a six months notice and it is with pay. Lawyers in the house can confirm please. |
