That's it. One month instead of 2 weeks freezing but people have decided to twist the info to mean, u can't get help even if u were 30days old and due. People should read meaning into messages before creating panic.

I hope not too, but it's likely that's what's happening. And if it is, it makes complete sense as the founder of the Nigerian MMM will remit a certain percentage to Mavrodi himself as royalty or payment for using his "franchise"... If that's the case, it would be pretty brilliant.

I learnt a bitter lesson about all these schemes when I entered one called deal2join. The day it was supposed to start paying was the day it closed its site,up till now I still type the address to see whether it will come up,it was just like a dream to me.

MMM hasn't crashed. But payments have been stopped for one month due to the increased demands for help from people and government interference.
As the scheme is based on the percentage of returning members, I believe it will serve to maintain continuity.
The only problem is that most Nigerians swallow rumours and may declare that it has crashed. Proper education on the freezing/postponement will ensure that people do not panic.

MMM has just made the best decision. I advised one of the guiders to suggest MMM should be on standby from 10th of December. Like they read my mind. Very Good!!! Before we crash this thing with our Christmas mentality.

If I may advice them, the message on the PO is very insufficient and not well composed.

They need to redo the message and send their guiders out to do damage control. otherwise, no one will PH again.

i would also ask that people provide help of 50% of the help they want to get. And if you provide help above 50% of what you want to GH You will get like 50%, if you provide less than 40% you will get 20% and above 100% will give you 60%.

These are the kind of ideas they should come up with to keep the system running, not foolishly freezing marvos.

OK since you asked nicely it's time to explain how 'they' run away with the money. The method of providing help/getting help is the way. They would have agents in the country while colluding with banks. How it works is that their agents would be matched always to get help while not providing. So with the rest of the participants pHing and ghing . The agents would only be ghing. They will then take their share and launder the rest to their ogas overseas. Hope this answered your question.
