Please I need help on how to setup a semi automated bakery. I have the following in place already; A three year rent on a 2bedroom flat to be used as the bakery, Spiral mixer, Oven, Slicer, (all my machines are electric and quarter bag capacity), Digital scale, a 40kva generator. Do I really need a moulder?

How do I go about NAFDAC Licensing? And any other pointers.
