You berra go get a usb modem because it's clear your phone HSDPA modem is gettin' weaker by the day.
As for the plan,i guess maybe's it because the mast is just outside my window.i can hear it creakin' from my numerous downloads of the past week.i suggest you get closer to a mast

this ur own is different from mine o.This one has a lots of settings on it just like Ucweb http,sockets,front query,back query,remove string from url:,Remove port from url.Host etc fill all of them

On closer look, it seems yours is a bit different and more advanced than mine (It has more options under tools) but mine has all those http,sockets,front query,back query,remove string from url:,Remove port from url things you mentioned too.
